Hey Everyone,

Not really a new member, but I have not been here since the new site update... so I figured I would re-post an introduction.

My name is Anthony, I purchased my CW from Jason about a year or so ago. My machine has had limited use (less than 10 hours of cutting) because I did not have any space to use the machine before, add to that the fact that I kept having Z-Axis stall fails constantly (more on that in a future post). If I wanted to use the CW I had to remove it from my small tool shed (6' x 8'), unpack it, and set it up in the carport about 30' away. After I was finished I had to pack it all back up in the box and put it back in the tool shed again. The whole process was extremely annoying and time consuming.

My machine just got a new "home". My wife calls it the "Man Cave"... 480 square feet of potential CW bliss

Dudbuster,

Welcome back to the CNC forum!!

Glad to see that you were able to negotiate some room for your CW. I can only imagine what it was like prior. Thanks for posting pictures of your new space and your set up. You should be making lots of saw dust soon.

nice of you to post pics of your new place - does it come with a house?? i've found that having a house attached or close to the shop can be quite handy. it's possible to store lots of stuff there - like wives, pets, clothing, food, etc., - and thus contributes greatly to maintaining a tidy work place. it certainly looks like your priorities are in good order.
