Jason,

I'm still "trying" to "learn" the Designer software so........ if it wouldn't be too much trouble...........

I was able to download this "shared" file and open it in Designer. I wanted to reduce the size to fit a 6" x 6" piece of wood. It appears that you "cut" this out of an 8.5" square piece of wood.

How did you do that?

Can I reduce the size to a 6" square and cut the trivet from that and how do I do that?

Sorry, it takes me awhile to learn. But now that I have my new Rock Chuck installed I'm up and running again. Once I learn the basics I'll be good to go, doncha think?

Thanks in advance.

All you have to do is change the size -

1. Click on the grapes

2. When you do this it wil put the size in "Size" boxes at the top of the screen - type in the sizes that you want

3. Carve it as you wish

Jason,

Looks like we're both on at the same time. Care to go to the chat room below? I have a few other questions on this project. I'll wait there for a couple of minutes.

Very Happy
