Jason,

For those that need to find out about this sort of stuff there is a book that tells you the way to get "permission" from the person/company that holds a TM on this sort of item. I'm told it's rather easy to do. If I can find the title to that book somewhere in one of the other forums I visit I'll post it here for everyone.

It is my understanding that as long as you make changes to the logo as you will see in the pictures below yopu are not infringing on there copyright. Looking at Jasons image, the logo seems to be cvered with the bike.

Change it to look like this or make any other changed. and it should be alright.
