Jason,

Didn't know just exactly where to post this question so............

How long do posts stay on this forum?

How do we download to our own computer those posts that we want to save for future use without the concern of them being deleted?

Thanks in advance.

Question Very Happy

Woodchips,

I think I can answer this for Jason. The posts should stay on the forum for as long as the forum stays up and running. The only time a post would be deleted would be that it was an inapropreate subject or a reply to a subject. Twisted Evil

The only way that I know of to save topics/posts to your computer would be to do a copy and paste into a document to save for you own reference.

FW,

Forgot about the cut and paste stuff. That should work rather well now that I know that posts will not be deleted. Hopefully we wont go through what happened when the forum changed servers. There was a lot of good info on that forum that was lost unfortunately. But this forum format seems to be much better both visually and practically, thanks to Jason I think, right? And again, hopefully, more people will use it!

Very Happy

The current form of the forum is FREE. This means that as long as someone (maybe not Floyd and I) is here to mantain it and keep it on track it will be here. I do apologize that porting the old Forum didn't work., actually kinda pissed me off.
