I am having a very hard time with my head pressure. I have checked alignment several times, cleaned and lubricated all the gears and shafts and I still cannot crank the head down to the board without a lot of fuss.
The crank just does not want to move the head down.
Anyone with a fix for this?

I talked to Jason the other day and as always he knew right were to go. O'Reilly Auto Parts is just about the only game in town that carries this stuff, unless you order it online.
One and all,

In the "old" CNC forum, there were a number of threads concerning how often and what type of lubrication to use in making sure that the flex shaft stays healthy. I seem to remember someone saying something about a product from Crane. Can anyone help me out with this?

Thank you in advance!
